As a former Division II volleyball player, Jaime possesses over 20 years of combined experience in directing, coaching, and event management within the volleyball industry. Her profound understanding of sport, coupled with her strong leadership skills, makes her an invaluable addition to Collective.University.
Furthermore, Jaime has an impressive professional background in finance, management, and recruiting. Having achieved the status of a top producer at one of the nation’s leading banks’ home finance inside sales division, she generated an outstanding $80M+ in annual revenue. Jaime’s extensive experience in the financial sector, combined with her knack for management and recruiting, provides a unique perspective that will greatly contribute to the success of Collective.University.
Jaime Shamis holds a Business degree from Shippensburg University, which has further equipped her with a solid foundation in strategic decision-making and business acumen. Her academic background, combined with her multifaceted professional journey, positions Jaime as a well-rounded leader who can navigate the complex landscape of sport, finance, and organizational management.
As the Chairman, Foundation Director, and Director of Women’s Sport at Sport Venture Group, Jaime Shamis will play a critical role in driving COllective.University’s mission to empower and support student-athletes in their pursuit of excellence, both on and off the field. Through her visionary leadership, Jaime will champion the advancement of women’s sports, ensuring equal opportunities, representation, and growth for female athletes.
